Bankruptcy Paralegal (experienced)

Bankruptcy Paralegal position available at Bankruptcy Affiliates Law Firm in Chattanooga, TN, seeking experienced candidate to handle client intake to final conclusion of Bankruptcy cases Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.

Requirements

• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or 3 years of experience with a paralegal certification
• Minimum 2 years experience in Bankruptcy
• Best Case software experience is a BIG PLUS
• Ability to handle client intake to file conclusion of case
• Prompt responses to client needs and GREAT Communication skills are Essential
• MUST HAVE 2 years direct work experience in last 5 years
• MUST BE very, very organized
• MUST BE PROFICIENT IN EXCEL and WORD
• MUST HAVE GOOD WORK AND ATTENDANCE HISTORY
