Accelerated Leadership Program - Purchasing Specialist

Join Schaeffler's Accelerated Leadership Program as a Purchasing Specialist. The program includes four six-month rotations, leadership training, and a guaranteed permanent position as a Purchasing Engineer upon graduation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management or related Business degree
• 3.0 minimum GPA
• At least two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Leadership experience or exposure preferred
• Thorough understanding of engineering principals
• Excellent Organization and Communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
