Job Description
Tyco Fire Protection Products is recruiting a Manufacturing Team Leader to work at our Monroe NC site. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven leadership skills. The position requires experience in manufacturing operations and technical skills such as leading teams, Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with ERP systems. The team leader will be responsible for monitoring operators, insuring quality of the finished product, and ensuring workload assignment for designated associates.
Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience in manufacturing operations
- Lead and direct teams and individuals to drive results
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience dealing with ERP systems: SAP; Oracle, BAAN
- IPC 610

- Hazmat DOT knowledge
