CAM Programmer

The CAM Programmer will execute programming and maintenance for new parts or work pieces on various processing machines, meeting required functionalities. The role involves creating geometry data, performing CAM tasks, and designing programs for CNC machining centers.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience
• Proficient in reading and writing CNC code
• Practical knowledge of machine operations
• Experience or understanding of cutting parameters such as feeds, speeds, and depth/width of cut
• Strong basic computer skills, including file management
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to develop process plans and specify necessary tools
• Effective team collaboration skills
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment visas or sponsorship
