Requirements
- Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience
- Proficient in reading and writing CNC code
- Practical knowledge of machine operations
- Experience or understanding of cutting parameters such as feeds, speeds, and depth/width of cut
- Strong basic computer skills, including file management
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to develop process plans and specify necessary tools
- Effective team collaboration skills
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment visas or sponsorship
