Job Description
As an Engineer - Manufacturing Quality Engineering at Schaeffler, you will be responsible for initiating, driving, and coordinating the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing technologies for new and existing Schaeffler products. You will analyze quality data and communicate insights effectively with project teams, global customers, and suppliers. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints, especially with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable in gauging techniques, including standard measurement tools, optical comparators, and surface finish analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to effectively work in team environments while managing multiple tasks with quality and efficiency focus
- Experienced in quality systems and tools, including advanced problem-solving methods
