Requirements

• Education in secretariat, administration, or equivalent
• Confirmed experience in executive assistance, ideally with a director or executive
• Excellent mastery of office tools and digital environments
• Very good organization, rigor, and sense of priorities
• Discretion, autonomy, and reactivity
