IT Product Group Owner (d/f/m) HR Solutions

Schaeffler is seeking an IT Product Group Owner to provide functional leadership and direction to the different HR-IT-Product teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Provide functional leadership and direction to the different HR-IT-Product teams
• Steer 5 Product Owner and support them in their technical leadership role
• Lead the management of the HR-IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and HR strategy
• Facilitate the delivery of international IT projects, guiding the teams to ensure successful execution
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating discussions and decisions regarding product features, timelines, priorities, expectations, and the product vision
• Hold full responsibility for the HR-IT budget and hold the Product Owners in the Product Group accountable for their figures
• Define the international strategy for internal and external workforce together with the leadership team
• Take responsibility for negotiating contracts with external service providers and ensure contract terms and durations are properly monitored
• Collaborate with other HR IT Teams to ensure integrative solutions, especially where interdependencies affect multiple teams/solutions
