The Functional Team Manager for HR Digital Group plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between HR solutions and business needs. He/She is responsible for ensuring that HR solutions are effectively mapped to organizational processes and needs, providing the expertise required to optimize and enhance these tools to best serve the organization.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of IT services and Product Management in complex organizations
- Proven relationship management strengths with clear evidence of an ability to build successful business partnerships and drive direction and effective product backlogs
- Strong analytical ability coupled with an innovative and creative thinking style and robust business and technology acumen
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Degree in School of Engineering or University Course
- Experience in cloud environments
- Significant experience in HR Digital with ideally an experience related to SAP SuccessFactors suite
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders
- Good level of English mandatory, French proficiency ideal as well
