Job Description
Schaeffler is offering a practicum in Human Resources as a compulsory part of a study program. The practicum will take place on site and will last for 3 to 6 months. The candidate will support the personnel team in personnel economic topics and administrative work, and will gain insights into the processing of personnel measures.
Requirements
- Study in the field of business administration with a focus on personnel, business law or a comparable study program
- Very good German and good English skills in word and writing
- Secure handling of MS-Office
- First knowledge of SAP desirable
- Service-oriented action as well as independent working style
- Self-reliant working style and enthusiasm for challenging topics
