Job Description
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for serving as the primary contact for quality-related matters with customers, coordinating with internal departments, and managing new product launch activities. You will also handle customer-returned quality issues, attend regular meetings with customers, and support internal quality improvement activities.
