Job Description
Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company that offers development opportunities to its employees. The company is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Intern to provide support services for assigned customer groups and sales organizations.
Requirements
- Provide qualified support services for assigned customer group and sales organization
- Implement and align service standards agreed
- Develop and implement internal interfaces to ensure efficient end-to-end processes
- Analyze customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate with involved departments to realize corrective actions
- Identify optimization areas, and implement respective projects
- Provide advice to accountable stakeholder in the sales organization or with the supplier organization
