Job Description
Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company with opportunities for development. As a Sales Engineer - Business Development, you will manage and grow customer accounts, drive product specifications, and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of technical or application sales experience in an industrial environment
- Experience with linear motion or motion control solutions is a strong advantage
- Ability to translate application knowledge into customer value and growth opportunities
- Proven relationship-building skills with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- Effective planning, prioritization, and results-driven execution
