Job Description
The Senior Specialist, Controlling Bearings and Industrial Solutions Asia Pacific is responsible for preparing budgeting and planning processes, monitoring progress, and analyzing deviations for Business Units within the Asia Pacific region. They will also maintain functional KPIs and metric systems, propose initiatives to improve financial performance, and support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a finance-related role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in economics, business administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a hands-on mentality
- Proactive communicator with the ability to network effectively across functions and sub-regions
- Solid proficiency in controlling and/or accounting principles
- High level of commitment, ability to learn quickly, and capable of performing well under pressure
