Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company seeking a Senior Specialist Supply Chain Management to support Manager and carry out cross-functional activities for more than one functional area of supply chain management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or a related role, within a manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools - SAP (PP & MM)
- Availability for overnight travel > 25% of the time
