Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 10 years of experience in facilities management with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and facilities management practices
- Google Workspace / Excel proficiency
- Ability to build dashboards/trackers
- Strong Proficiency with CMMS/work order systems
