Job Description
Develop and implement claim management structures, tools, and processes. Analyze contracts, technical documents, and project records to identify risks and entitlement opportunities. Prepare and negotiate claims with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Law, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in claim management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in both English and German
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to perform under pressure
