We are looking for a Team Leader/Equipment Operator to lead a team of 4 employees in the operation of laser- and flame cutting machines. The ideal candidate has experience in the metal industry, leadership skills, and a strong focus on quality and safety.

Requirements

• Completed training in the metal industry or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in laser- and/or flame cutting of steel
• Systematic and accurate working methods
• Leadership ability in the shopfloor (small team)
• Clear communication in German
• High quality- and safety awareness
