Job Description
Schnabel Engineering is seeking an experienced GeoStructural Engineer to lead the regional team in the National Capital Region. The successful candidate will have 18+ years of experience and be responsible for growing the geostructural business, administering QA practices, and managing technically complex projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year program
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical or Structural preferred)
- 18+ years of relevant experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. or ability to acquire by reciprocity
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Confidence and independence, with a shared sense of responsibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and interpersonal skills
