Job Description
Schnabel is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Pre-Construction to lead complex pre-construction efforts from initiation to execution. This strategic role involves overseeing estimation, proposals, constructability analysis, value engineering, and client engagement. The focus is on securing work that aligns with Schnabel's technical strengths and business goals, with experience on piles, lagging, and underpinning.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in construction, engineering, or estimating
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong understanding of geotechnical construction methods
- Advanced skill in reviewing and interpreting civil/structural drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Driver’s license and safe driving record
