Job Description
Schneider Innovations is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own system-level market and product judgment for complex and high-risk product initiatives. The role involves bringing early clarity to product decisions that involve significant uncertainty and downstream cost.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or closely related roles
- Experience working with complex, system-level products (smart devices, hardware + software, regulated or high-cost products preferred)
- Proven ability to influence high-stakes product decisions under uncertainty
- Demonstrated experience making or contributing to difficult product trade-offs, including scope reduction, simplification, or stopping initiatives
