Work outside a shop as a Mobile Diesel Technician in Kearny, NJ, completing on-site maintenance on trucks, containers, and trailers. Supply your own tools within 30 days of hire. Schneider provides uniforms, safety eyewear, and training. Travel is required to on-site customers. Opportunities for above-and-beyond pay based on performance.
Requirements
- Technical degree in diesel technology or related field
- 1 year of diesel technician experience
- Valid driver's license
- Valid DOT medical card
- Basic welding skills
- Computer systems and diagnostic software experience
