Schneider is seeking a Payroll Manager in Green Bay, WI to manage payroll-related reporting, address payroll tax or garnishment inquiries and conduct internal audits.

Requirements

• Manage payroll-related reporting, including filings like 941s and W-2s.
• Address payroll tax and garnishment inquiries from employees and business partners.
• Conduct payroll reconciliations and internal audits to resolve discrepancies.
• Design and implement organization-wide compliance policies and practices.
• Lead a team in developing strategic plans for payroll system improvements.
• Ensure payroll systems are designed and process accurately.
