Job Description
The Afterschool Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting afterschool staff and providing direct care and supervision of K-6 children. This position also serves as a substitute teacher in our 4 afterschool programs across Portland.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Maintain enrollment in Oregon's Central Background Registry
- Maintain CPR/First Aid & Food Handler Card along with all other training required by state licenses
- At least one year of experience working with school age youth along with administrative experience
- Have reliable transportation to transport yourself and materials to and from four separate childcare sites
