Controller

The Controller manages the day-to-day financial operations of two 501(c)(3) organizations, maintaining the integrity of general ledgers, overseeing billing systems, and supervising payroll/AP functions. The role also involves operational management for IT and Facilities departments, ensuring the organization's physical and digital infrastructure supports its mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Masters or CPA/CMA preferred)
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Mastery of Quickbooks, Excel, Word, and experience with POS software, accounts payable software, and billing software
