The Assistant Meat Manager will perform all duties and job functions of an experienced clerk, maintaining strict adherence to department and company safety guidelines and assuming responsibility of the Department Manager in their absence. Responsibilities include maintaining company standards, merchandising product, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Journeyman Meat Cutter
• Experience operating a meat saw and grinder
• Leadership experience as a Head Meat Cutter/Meat Manager preferred
