We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or marketing automation, and will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns, marketing automation, CRM management, lead processes, analysis and reporting, and consulting with customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or marketing automation
- Comprehensive knowledge of paid ad channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic advertising
- Practical experience with HubSpot, particularly in the areas of marketing hub, CRM, workflows, and reporting
- Understanding of the entire B2B marketing funnel and the systematic representation of lead processes
- Safe handling of data, tracking, conversion optimization, and dashboards
- Technical understanding of interfaces, integrations, and data models between marketing and sales systems
- Experience with AI-powered tools and the ability to integrate them purposefully into your daily work
- Analytical and structured working method, quick understanding, and joy in complex projects
- Communication strength and the ability to clearly and understandably convey technical connections, both internally and externally
- Very good German and English skills
