Senior Counsel

Seeking a Senior Counsel to join the Legal Team at Schonfeld, working within two practice areas: Portfolio Management and Capital Development & Investor Relations.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admittance to a state bar
• At least 8-10 years of experience in the investment management/funds practice area
• Superior legal analytical and drafting skills
• Superior organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle urgent competing workstreams
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a demanding, fast-paced and fluid environment while maintaining superior rigor and attention to detail
