Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant content area
- Valid New York State Teaching Certification or willingness to enroll in certification program within two years
- Knowledge of current teaching methods, technology, and assessment
- Experience with differentiation, co-teaching, and ELL strategies
- Familiarity with restorative practices, anti-racism education, and culturally responsive pedagogy
