Job Description
Maintenance Technician II reports to the Executive Director of Facilities. Responsible for performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance. Team leader and point person between personnel and management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, trade school certification, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building operations and maintenance
- Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks, including but not limited to climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods of time
