Job Description
SchooLinks is looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to join their growing Solutions Team, leading the implementation of complex modules and working closely with Customer Success Managers and district partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as an implementation specialist or similar role in a B2B SaaS company
- Strong project management skills
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong technical understanding
- Ability to work with data feeds
- Confident presenting to district stakeholders
- Clear and concise communicator
