Business Continuity Manager (m/w/d)*

We are looking for a Business Continuity Manager to join our team at Schott Pharma AG & Co. KGaA. The role involves analyzing threat scenarios, developing business continuity plans, and minimizing risks.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, risk management, security management, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in business continuity management, risk management, or a related field
• Very good stakeholder management skills, especially in collaboration with management, the board of directors, and boards
• Very self-reliant, structured, and decision-oriented and able to act in a sovereign and decisive manner, even in critical situations
• Very good communication and moderation skills in German and English
