Global Category Manager (m/w/d)*

We are looking for a Global Category Manager to take on a central role in the global procurement of Direct Materials and Raw Materials, developing strategic orientation of product groups and driving sustainable value creation.

Requirements

• Global responsibility for procurement and strategic orientation of defined product groups
• Development and implementation of global category strategies to increase sustainable value, costs, and efficiency
• Building, developing, and managing strategic supplier relationships on an international level
• Leading price, contract, and conditions negotiations with global key suppliers
• Controlling and moderating cross-functional, international teams, and collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Monitoring category performance via KPIs, reporting, risk analysis, and derivation of effective measures
