SCHOTT Pharma is looking for a Safety Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of employees in a production company. The role involves consulting management, employees, and the works council on occupational health and safety, conducting regular safety inspections, and promoting a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements

• Completed studies in engineering, safety technology, or occupational safety or technical vocational training with further qualification as a master or technician
• Additional training as a safety officer (§ 6 ASiG)
• Several years of professional experience in occupational health and safety in a production company
• Good German and verbally secure English skills
• Communication strength and the ability to convey safety in a practical, value-orientated and solution-oriented manner
• Digital competence (MS Office, Teams, Quentic etc.)
