Senior Engineer, QA

SCHOTT is seeking a Senior Engineer, QA to implement and maintain ISO9001 & ISO14001 systems, lead quality assurance for new product qualifications, and manage quality audits. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Quality, and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Quality
• ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14000, ISO45000)
• Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, Gage R&R)
• Advanced statistical analysis skills (Minitab)
• Expertise in 8D problem-solving methodology
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
