We are looking for a Leading Workshop Assistant to maintain an overview, bring structure, and ensure that the work is carried out safely and according to the correct quality standards with the team.

Requirements

• Experience as a mechanical mechanic, preferably in the maritime sector
• A structured and organized way of working
• Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview, even when it's busy
• You keep the workshop tidy and handle tools and materials properly
• Fluent command of Dutch and English
• A practical approach and a collaborative leadership style
