Job Description
We are looking for a Business Unit Director (Global) to lead our internationally operating business unit and drive commercial and strategic growth. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercial strategy, maintaining relationships with C-level executives, and leading a team of sales professionals and consultants.
Requirements
- Academic working and thinking level, preferably in business administration, commercial economics, HR, or organizational development.
- At least 7–10 years of experience in commercial and leadership roles in an international context.
- Proven track record in developing commercial strategies and achieving revenue growth.
- Experience in consultancy, L&D, or professional services.
- Strong financial and analytical skills; experienced in steering with KPIs and dashboards.
- Convincing towards both executives and clients, fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
