As a Business Development Manager for the West region, you will identify new customer potential, develop existing partnerships, and drive targeted growth in the strategic expansion of our controlled business in Germany, especially in the areas of sea and air freight.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in field sales or business development, ideally in sea and air freight logistics
- Understanding of small and medium-sized customers' needs and how to captivate and bind them in the long term
- Knowledge of pricing, tender management, and structured sales processes
- Ability to build, maintain, and develop stable customer relationships with a strategic perspective and operational drive
- Experience with pipeline and funnel management, data-based, focused, and with clear goal pursuit
- Proficiency in MS Office and TMS systems
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
