The helmet shells are pressed in the composite material, then sanded in the sanding department, decorated with colorful designs in the decorating department, inspected for quality in the quality control department, and finally assembled step by step in the assembly department. After that, our customer can already enjoy their new helmet.
About the Job
As a Deputy Shift Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the availability of necessary materials
- Taking over the tasks of the Shift Manager in his absence
- Supporting the Shift Manager in implementing production planning and coordinating employee deployment
- Supporting in various production activities
- Implementing countermeasures in case of errors in the production line
- Reviewing workflows, evaluating and inspecting processes
- Motivating and leading employees in your shift
- Supporting employee development

Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Ideally experience in production
- Fine motor skills and hand craftsmanship
- Independent working style, high level of initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Team skills, reliability, diligence, and high level of commitment
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Basic PC skills in handling MS Office
