Intake Coordinator

We are looking for an Intake Coordinator to join our Central Merchandising team. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking in stock to all schuh warehouses, managing individual warehouses daily/weekly intake, and ensuring best warehouse production.

Requirements

• Booking of all stock across the three warehouses using in house shark system
• Managing individual warehouses daily/weekly intake
• Adhering to each merchandise department's individual intake capacities
• Relaying accurate booking information to suppliers, carriers and freight forwarders
• Chasing up late deliveries or delivery no shows
• Negotiating re-bookings where required
• Updating intake capacities per period from Intake Tracker to Sum Merch on DSB
• Weekly booking and update of MTO schedule from Colvanbridge
• Monthly audit to Finance department of MTO orders shipped through Colvanbridge and DSV
• Managing of Wholesale stock when required
• Periodic meetings with freight forwarders
