We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Junior Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Analyst to join our digital team.
Requirements
- Strong interest in data, analytics, and improving online customer experiences
- Naturally curious and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to developing new skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and drawing insights from data (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)
- Basic understanding of ecommerce or digital marketing concepts (e.g. customer journeys, conversion funnels)
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and ask insightful questions
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas and findings in a simple, structured way
