Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Leader – Accounting to oversee a dynamic accounting team and ensure the timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
Requirements
- Supervise and train 5–10 Accounts Officers, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Oversee daily operations and lead communication with residential and team managers.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and documentation of financial transactions.
- Prepare and review financial reports including trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets.
- Conduct variance analysis and submit budget estimates in line with group reporting guidelines.
- Manage audit schedules and respond to auditor queries.
- Ensure timely registration and settlement of invoices and intercompany obligations.
