Job Description
Schumacher Auto Group of the Palm Beaches is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide accounting and administrative support for the dealership's parts and wholesale department. Must have automotive experience and proficiency in accounting and inventory management software.
Requirements
- Process wholesale and retail parts invoices accurately and timely
- Monitor and manage the inventory of parts and supplies
- Receive and record payments for parts sales and follow-up on overdue accounts
- Enter data into accounting software and produce reports
- Collaborate with other departments in the dealership to ensure smooth operations
