Job Description
Schumacher Auto Group of the Palm Beaches is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor for its Volkswagen dealership. The role involves advising customers on necessary service, identifying mechanical problems, and communicating with technicians to resolve customer queries. Excellent customer service skills and a solid track record of performance are required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- At least 6 months of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer at dealership required.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Valid Florida Driver's License.
