Job Description
Cloud Administrators troubleshoot customer support issues and perform administrative tasks at the operating system, application, and hypervisor level. They manage client support tickets, troubleshoot enterprise-level IT application issues, and deliver exceptional experiences to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in VMware, vSphere, hybrid and/or public clouds
- Foundational knowledge of Windows, VMware, Active Directory, enterprise server environments, and networking
- Basic VMware vSphere virtualization with related storage and networking technology (vSAN, virtual networking)
- Operating system and application installation/configuration
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Basic understanding of public, private and hybrid cloud environments
