Requirements
- Completed education in personnel management or an education as industrial saleswoman (m/w/d) or comparable with a background in personnel economics
- Several years of professional experience (2-5 years)
- Comprehensive knowledge of individual and collective labor law, in particular BetrVG
- First project and leadership experience
- Basic knowledge of wage and salary accounting
- Advanced knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP Success Factors and Google Workspace
