Responsibility and assurance of professional HR support for the management and executives.

Requirements

• Completed education in personnel management or an education as industrial saleswoman (m/w/d) or comparable with a background in personnel economics
• Several years of professional experience (2-5 years)
• Comprehensive knowledge of individual and collective labor law, in particular BetrVG
• First project and leadership experience
• Basic knowledge of wage and salary accounting
• Advanced knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP Success Factors and Google Workspace
