Requirements

• completed technical vocational training, ideally with a focus on food production
• long-term work experience in a technical environment and several years of experience in production
• fundamental knowledge of food technology or coffee production
• outstanding technical understanding and a safe handling of IT systems, e.g. Google Workspace
• excellent team skills, reliability, and high service orientation
• verbal fluency in German for smooth communication within the company
• readiness to work in a 3-shift system (Monday to Friday)
