Requirements
- completed technical vocational training, ideally with a focus on food production
- long-term work experience in a technical environment and several years of experience in production
- fundamental knowledge of food technology or coffee production
- outstanding technical understanding and a safe handling of IT systems, e.g. Google Workspace
- excellent team skills, reliability, and high service orientation
- verbal fluency in German for smooth communication within the company
- readiness to work in a 3-shift system (Monday to Friday)
