Job Description
Agency Manager for assigned territory, performing duties such as managing bread routes, communicating with sales team, and establishing route sales goals. Requires 2-3 years of route sales operations experience and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of route sales operations experience or sales and account experience
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Aggressive, self-starting, and result-oriented
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and listening skills
- Competent in Microsoft Windows
