Account Representative

The Account Representative will partner with the Sales Manager to develop business, sales, and marketing strategies, and support local sales representatives in South Korea. The role will involve providing sales support, customer service, and administrative tasks, with a focus on building relationships with customers and promoting sales growth.

Requirements

• 3 years of progressively responsible customer service, technical sales, or related experience
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Account management experience
• Database and reporting experience (Salesforce, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in Korean, English, and Japanese
