Lead Mechanical Engineer responsible for technical lead of mechanical engineering functions, directing engineers, and executing hardware projects.
Requirements
- B.S. and/or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 6+ years' experience in Computer-aided design; SolidWorks preferred, Electronic manufacturing techniques, and Technical expertise in two or more of the following areas: Heat transfer/electronics cooling, Material selection and fabrication technologies, Design for manufacturability, Mechanics, Electromechanical packaging design
- Working knowledge of project management processes and procedures
- Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
