Requirements

B.S. and/or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
6+ years' experience in Computer-aided design; SolidWorks preferred, Electronic manufacturing techniques, and Technical expertise in two or more of the following areas: Heat transfer/electronics cooling, Material selection and fabrication technologies, Design for manufacturability, Mechanics, Electromechanical packaging design
Working knowledge of project management processes and procedures
Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
