Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Quality/Electrical Engineer in Process Improvement to serve as the primary Quality contact for the Research & Development Division. The successful candidate will facilitate nonconformance investigations, lead the internal audit program, and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience problem solving in a team environment using disciplined process improvement strategies
- Strong leadership, facilitation and communication skills
- Demonstrated success in leading process improvement projects
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed
- Project management and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries in a team environment
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
